 circa max box squats 310lbs of chain
warm ups- 225/2, 275/2, 325/1, 325/missed, 325/1x3
Conventional 2pin dead's straight weight- 225/3, 315/2, 365/1, 405/1, 455/1, 405/2x4
this is the first time in a long time i feel like i did before i hurt my back, Dr Sipple has changed thing for me completely. My lower back no longer hurts when i pull conventional which is hugh for me. Also since he started popping my neck the grip and coordination in my right arm are getting better everyday. I haven't been this excited about lifting in along time. Things will get much better for me and more weight will be moved. I want to thank all the guys at GSB for all the coaching and help, and getting me to go see the good doc. You will see nothing but more effort on my part from here on! Again thanks for all the help.

Good work tonight Lance, the deads looked a lot better. Just keep getting the work in and dont max on it for a little while. Good job!
