one are overhead press with dumbells 45 x 10 55 x 10 65 x 10
these were pretty stricted
finished with some abs and the lat pull downs
Jan. 9th legs
squat 225 x 5 315 x 5 385 x 5 385 x 5 385 x 5 385 x 5 all these were done to parr. no belt or anything like that. thest felt really good. again i will be moving up next week
deads from floor just chalk 335 x 5 415 x 5 415 x 5 415 x 5 415 x 5 these were very easy. i think this was a great workout for me. the fatigue factor is getting much better. legs are starting to recover very quickly. again i will be moving up next week.
finished with legs curls (machine)/ lat pulls/ sit-ups super setted 3 sets of 10
right now i am lifting 2 nights a week and playing basketball in a church league 2 nights a week. don't judge me on the hoops. my brother in law asked me to play. it was not exactly my idea of fun. but my wife wanted to do it. hell the first game i got thrown out and suspened for one game. go figure. any who it has helped with the cardio but has really hurt the elbows. the season ends in 3 weeks so, i can pick up an extra lifting day soon.
