 2/26/10 Squat/deadlift
purple band low box warmups 325x2(4)
Conventional DL straps up warmups 455x1 around opener 515x1 PR around second attempt 530x1PR
Squats felt good until my last set, i sat way too far back...deadlifts felt awful because ive only used gear two or three times....but, im happy with the PR just gotta work on my form. Congrats to Matthew on his first 600 pull!!! great job by everyone tonight.

Not being negative just trying to help you tweak, the fact that you are lifting your left heel during the left tells me the weight is in front of you. You should pull on your heels and pull back not up... Great lift though!

I agree...my form is far from great without gear and with it my form is horrible...if its ok with you guys id like to pull something around my opener in gear and you guys help me tweak my form sometime in the two weeks
