 Georgia State MeetWell, I've decided I'm going to do the SPF Georgia State Meet on 8/07/10. I had planned on waiting until the cell block meet to compete but, I'm going to try to get a meet in before I turn 20 and move into the juniors. Training has been going pretty good although I hate bench right now lol. I'll post meet results asap.

Squats-700 good, 750 good, 775 too stupid to keep my knees out lol Bench-405 good, 425 no good, 425 good. Deads-550 good, 625 good, 650 no good. couldnt lock it out. total-1800. I'm happy with how things went. Time to get better and try to get that total up. |
