 2/16/2010 speed squats/ deficit pullls
speed squats with green band 145x2 235x2 2585x2 325x2- 6 sets
deficit deadlift (mats a little less than 2'') 225x2 315x2 365x1 405x1 455x1 495x1 545x1 585x1 PR- very happy with tonight. Training has been off since christmas break. This is exactly what i needed because i havent pulled off the ground in forever!
leg press 4 sets
band face pulls 4 sets
