 Any suggestions?
Over the last couple of weeks I have been taking the generic bottom shelf creatine you can find at Walmart and I have seen a small amount of improvement. I have no problem with taking anything that will help me become better. My question for you guys is what should I take. I have done a lot of internet research, however I don't believe most of it.
Like most people I want to drop some fat, trim up some loose skin and build muscle. Sadly the only thing I have found that will do this is illegal in America. So again, Any suggestions?

Here are the supplements that I used and yielded amazing results. You don't need to use illegal supplements to gain good strength, low body fat and muscle mass. I am 100% against using illegal USA supplements!! Just my two cents. Ultimate Stack:1. Protein powder 2. Joint Supplement(USP Labs SuperCissus RX) 3. Anabolic Muscle Stimulator(USP Labs Prime) 4. German Creatine Monohydrate 5. Muti-vitamin and mineral supplement 6. Omega 3-fatty acid. 7. Pre-workout/energy(USP Labs Jacked) Also, your daily diet and training is important too. If you need anymore tips, just let me know. TRAIN HARD

Thanks for the suggestions.
I really don't agree with taking anything illegal either. To be honest I would probably hate myself if I had a dirty little secret ya know?

Man you can take it for what its worth but I used to take every supplement that came out in the magazines, and I got no where. I started eating better foods, added in a quality protein supplement, and creatine here and there. I can promise you, you will spend a fortune on supplements but if you are not eating enough of the right kind of foods it doesnt matter if you are taking every supplement and steroid available you will not progress. Just my two cents...

 Re: Any suggestions?
Well Brandon,
I honestly have to say, your post makes a lot of sense. So far I have only taken creatine and protein, but as far as eating goes I have a very healthy life style. Lots of Green Veggies, Fish, Fruit. Lean Meats.
As for progress, I had to remind myself of where I came from. I got my workout log note book I carry around and looked back to when I started about 2 months ago. I was pushing 135 for a 5X5 now I'm at 275 for a 5X5.
I guess it just pisses me off some times to see guys in the gym completely ripped, but not hardly training nor pushing the weights I am...
Anyways thanks for your post. I think I'm gonna continue to just eat as healthy as possible and maybe cut out some processed foods while adding a little more protein.

 Re: Any suggestions?
I'm pretty sure I wouldn't change anything if I went from 135 for 5x5 - 275 for 5x5 in two months, thats insane progress.

 Re: Any suggestions?
Well to be honest I believe that most of my strength increase can be attributed to muscle memory and so on.

 Re: Any suggestions?
I am a true believer in outworking what you eat. To explain, I eat fast food every single day because of the high sodium, and easy calories. Now with that being said, am I ripped? No, but I am lean, just eat a shit ton of calories and work super hard in the gym. Try this one day, eat light and try to bench, and then the next week eat your ass of and try to bench. The day you eat more you will bench more I guarantee it. I dont care what anyone tells you about supplements or steroids, there are a million bottles of test or protein in the world that dont lift a pound, it takes a human body to be the vehicle for progress. At the level you are at (talking from what you have said about starting over), I would eliminate the creatine for now. Eat lots and lots of carbs and shy away from fish and stick to red meats and chicken. Add the shakes in at night. People over complicate the nutrition process. If you eat big you will lift big I guarantee you that 100%, you just have to kill yourself in the gym so the calories are not stored as fat. I would hate to guess what I take in calorie wise day to day, but I used to count every calorie and I spent more time doing that than I did progressing. Im gonna guess on my heavy days Im in excess of 5000 calories easily, probably closer to 6000-7000. Just eat and bust your ass.
