Post upper accessory
today was a mix of various movements. upper body is lagging behind. today was the first upper body w/o in two weeks. this was due to the week of before the meet and then messing up my bi's. the goal is to just get stronger and work on hypertrophy work as well. there are several issues i need to correct in the coming weeks.

did various band movements and light db curls to w/u the shoulders, tris and bis

flat db bench palms facing

2x12x35
1x10x45
2x10x45
1x10x50
2x10x60

log press
3x10x85

barbell shrugs
2x12x135

yoke
2 trips 75' 280lbs
2 trips 75' 370lbs
2 trips 75' 460lbs

the yoke work and log were just attempts to get ready for the heavy work ahead of me. 2nd time using the yoke and other than knee instability at times, went well. nothing exciting about todays work, but a step in a much neede direction. biceps felt pretty good today. yesterday was the first day i could straighten my arm w/o pain.

when going heavy on the Yoke Mike you might want a medium tight wrap on the knee. it has seemed to help me in that category.

Thought for sure that I would pop my head out the front door and see you laid up in the middle of the parking lot with the yoke wrapped around your neck and a couple angulated fractures of legs! Seriously though, it looked like some great work!
