 3/3/2010 Reverse Green Band BenchReverse Green Band Bench
Warm-Ups 315 x 5 405 x 2 455 x 1 500 x 1 560 x 1 600 x 1 PR Load of Accessories This is a pretty good PR for me, bench is going well, and the other two lifts have been going awful. I wish that would reverse. Oh well, I hope I know one day what it feels like to bench 600 raw, oh well small victories. _________________ I got a chip on my shoulder... |

Re: 3/3/2010 Reverse Green Band Bench Thats a strong PR Brandon, don't worry you just have to get a few things healed up and everything will be back on track, the other two lifts will start rolling. Pushing through is going to make you a lot stronger in the long run.

We are on the opposite ends...My bp is stuck and my other 2 are rising seemingly every time I touch the bar. Your bench is going through the roof! Take it...the others will come around and then your bp will be stuck. lol. Nature of the beast.
