Post 3/7/10 and last week update
Got a full week of training in this week. DL, Middle Back, Lats, and Biceps on Monday. Chest, Shoulders, Triceps ond Tuesday, and Legs on Thursday.
The week before I got a stomach virus on Monday, lost approx. 25 pounds in two days, and didn't eat until Thursday. Terrible mess. This week I tried to work my way back into the groove, and I've tried to slowly gain my weight back. Up until early this week, drinking water still hurt my stomach. Did stones today; worked on my new technique and did singles up to 335. Missed the 335 twice, form was off, then got my head right and did one really easy single. Need to take the time and clean my stone platform as its got very dusty over the winter, which makes stone loading a real pain.

I've got very sketchy access to the internet through the week, so I may not be able to post until weekends.
