Alright, so I am back after long vacation. It has been a wild ride over the last couple of months. There has been a lot of stuff pulling me away from the gym. Everything from personal crap to sickness (Flu is the devil. Had both flavors.) Had a little session in our new gym the other day and it's wonderful. We are starting to replace a lot of our old worn equipment and it's going to be amazing. I am learning how much time out of the gym and sickness affect your wind. I swear I almost died. But since running is not one of the events, it's of no consequence. I haven't lost much and I am happy to be battling the iron again. So, just wanted to say hey again and I hope everyone is doing well. I'll see you soon.
